We had a small but mighty group for Redding FSTP. One thing we talked about was how to deliver nutrition education in a way that acknowledges the role of trauma and also builds resilience. Anna facilitated her **first** FSTP in Stanislaus County last week. Her RD knowledge and bubbly personality were both a hit!
